Sunrise Bank Endorses Proposal of Acquiring NIDC Capital Markets

January 10: Sunrise Bank is acquiring NIDC Capital Markets. The special general meeting (SGM) of the bank held on January 10 approved a proposal of acquiring the Capital Markets. The SGMs of both institutions held separately approved the proposal. Given that, the both institutions have already concluded the final agreement on the acquirement, the SGMs approved of carrying out other agreements including DDA. The SGM conducted under the chairmanship of Motilal Dugar, BOD Chairman of Sunrise Bank, has also sanctioned of submitting joint application to NRB for final approval.
