Gorkhas Finance to Issue 2:1 Right Shares

January 11: Gorkhas Finance is issuing 2:1 right shares. The 22th annual general meeting of the company held on January 10 took the decision. Moreover, the AGM unanimously elected Mahendra Lal Rai, Prem Bahadur Khapung, Yadav Chandra Rai and Chok Bahadur Magar as directors from promoter side. Similarly, Birendra Bikram Limbu, Raj Gobinda Rajkarnikar and Rajendra Kumar Rai were unanimously elected as directors from general shareholders side. Presently, the finance is providing its services through 10 branches and 4 ATMs.
