Citizens EMV Based Chip Cards

January 16: Citizens Bank International has started issuing EMV based Visa Debit and Credit Cards. Issuing a press statement, the bank informed of issuing the chip based cards while renewing the expired magnetic strip card from mid-January. Moreover, the bank said that the customers willing to exchange their magnetic cards with chip based card will have to pay minimum charge to get one.
