January 16: Siddhartha Development Bank has appointed Nabil Investment as its Issue Manager. The bank appointed the issue manager in order to manage its forthcoming right shares issuance. Ajay Kumar Mishra, CEO of the bank and Prabin Raman Parajuli, CEO of Nabil Investment signed an agreement paper regarding the matter on behalf of their respective organisation.
