Nepal bank Appoints Civil Capital as Issue Manager

January 19: Nepal Bank has appointed Civil Capital as its Issue Manager. Devendra Pratap Shah, CEO of Nepal Bank and Parag Bista, CEO of Civil Capital signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations amid a program on January 18.

The bank is preparing to issue 23.74 percent right shares of its total paid-up capital as per the decision of its 56^th annual general meeting.
