Biratlaxmi to merge with Prime Bank

January 26: Biratlaxmi Bikash Bank is merging with Prime Commercial Bank. The 12^th annual general meeting of the bank held on January 25 approved the merger proposal. Moreover, the meeting also approved a proposal of distributing 18.5 per cent bonus share. Madav Prasad Koirala, Chairman of the bank presented the annual report in the AGM.
