Prime Bank to distribute 17.25% Bonus Share

January 26: Prime Commercial Bank is providing 17.25 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. The 9^th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on January 25 endorsed the bonus share proposal. The AGM also approved financial reports including annual report and others of the bank. "The bank is committed to provide good return to the investors by expanding its services and branches," said the bank in the meeting.
