Siddhartha Approves 39% Bonus

February 17: Siddhartha Bank is distributing 39 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. The 15^th annual general meeting of the bank held on February 16 approved a proposal of issuing the bonus share. The bank informed that the bonus share is based on the paid-up capital including 25 per cent right shares issued by the bank.

Moreover, the AGM elected Manoj Kumar Kedia, Narendra Kumar Agrawal, Birendra Kumar Shah and Dinesh Shanker Palikhe as the member of board of directors. Similalry, Mahesh Prasad Pokharel, Hemanta Gyawali and Rajesh Kumar Kedia have been elected as directors from general shareholders.
