RBB Grants Scholarship to Students of Endangered Communities

February 19: Rastriya Banijya Bank has granted scholarship to six students on the occasion of its golden jubilee. The bank granted Rastriya Banijya Bank golden Jubilee Scholarship that was  established to finance higher studies of students from endangered indigenous and nationalities' community amid a program on February 17. The bank granted scholarship of Rs 3500 per month for two years to Dharmaraj Pattharkat (Kushwadia) for his higher secondary studies.

Similarly, Krishna Gopal Haeu, Prabind Raji, Bipul Meche Chaudhary, Menuka Haeu and Rajaram Raji were granted Rs 5000 per month for three years for their bachelor studies, said the press statement issued by the bank. Dr Ramdev Singh, member of Board of Director presented the award to the students. The bank started to grant the scholarship since last year.
