Nepal Agri Tech 2017 Concludes

February 20: Nepal Agri Tech 2017, organised with a view to develop agricultural sector of Nepal through technological use has been concluded on February 19. The expo was kicked off from February 18 at Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. The expo which was jointly organised by Media Space Solution, Futurex India and Agricultue Machinery Manufacturers Association. The expo was co-organised by Ministry of Agriculture Development and Agricultural Engineering Directorate as well.  

According to the organiser, the expo was participated by more than 200 companies from 16 countries with a view to develop Nepal's agricultural sector by using modern technology and introducing services to all stakeholders. The fair was participated by countries such as India, Malaysia, China, Thailand, Bangladesh and European countries as well. There was a significant participation of the visitors in the event showcasing various technologies regarding agricultural tools and usage, modern farming methods, dairy, fisheries, poultry and animal husbandry, informs the organiser.
