CG handover Transitional Home in Kumpur

February 27: Chaudhary Foundation has handed over 'Transitional Home' to earthquake survivors of Kumpur VDC, Dhading. Rahul Chaudhary, Executive Director of Chaudhary Foundation handed over the 166 transitional homes amid a program organised in Kumpur on February 25. The foundation has established CG Aashraya Project with a commitment to build transitional home to earthquake survivors.

The foundation has given top priority to the project. "The foundation will continuously conduct short term and long term programs in the support of earthquake survivors," said Chaudhary.

Chaudhary said that the foundation is ready to co-ordinate with National Reconstruction Authority to support reconstruction campaign. He also mentioned that the reconstruction after the earthquake should be taken as a foundation of economic development of the nation.  The foundation is also operating 'CG Unnati' program to build financial independence among women and 'CG Polytechnic' program to develop skills among youths.
