March 1: Lumbini General Insurance has appointed CBIL Capital as its Issue Manager. The company appointed CBIL to manage its right share issuance to be floated soon. It will be issuing 390,000 units of right shares in the ratio of 1:1.
Nur Prakash Pradhan, CEO of Lumbini and Samir Prasad Dahal, CEO of CBIL signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the matter amid a program on February 28.
