Janata Bank’s Chip Based Card

March 2: Janata Bank has brought chip based Visa Debit Card in operation. Issuing a press statement, the bank informed of bringing the chip based card into operation so that to secure the card transactions. The bank operated the services from March 1. According to the bank, it is planning to replace the old technology based card gradually.
