Kamana to distribute 21.5% bonus share

March 3: Kamana Development Bank is distributing 21.58 per cent bonus share to its shareholders. The 10^th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank held on March 2 approved a proposal regarding the bonus share. The AGM also approved annual report and financial statement of the bank presented by Chairman, Rajendra Nidhi Koirala.

Moreover, the meeting also approved a proposal of issuing 30 per cent right shares of paid up capital maintained after distributing of bonus share,” saide Toya Raj Adhikari, CEO of the bank. The AGM unanimously selected Shri Ram Pandey, Khem Nath Bhattarai, Chaturakhar Adhikari, Sudip Acharya, Bishnu Raj Parajuli, Dev Krishna Kafle, Bal Ram Baral and Madan Sharma Khanal as the members of board of directors.
