Multiple Media Awards to Oppo at MCW 2017

March 6: Chinese smartphone brand Oppo has received multiple media awards for its '5x Dual Camera Zoom' technology at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) Awards 2017 held at Barcelona, Spain.

Issuing a press statement, Oppo said that the monthly American magazine Wired awarded Oppp with the 'Coolest of MWC' title for its new imaging technology. Similarly, tech blog and magazine Android Authority honored the brand with 'Best of MWC 2017' award. Meanwhile, gadget magazine Stuff recognised Oppo with the 'The Look-but-don't-touch' title for its convincing effects of lens as that of SLR cameras.

As per the statement, San Francisco based Ubergizmo, a Webby Award honoree and ranked among the top 100 blogs awarded Oppo with 'Best of MWC 2017' recognition. Likewise, Oppo received 'Best of MWC 2017' from Mobile Geeks. Moreover, Slovakia based website Techbox.sk having 300,000 monthly visitors recognised the Chinese handset brand with the 'Top Innovation MWC 2017' award for its dual-camera zoom technology.
