Diprosc Earns Rs 300 Mn Profit

March 7: Diprosc Laghubitta Bikash Bank has earned operating profit of Rs 303.9 million in the FY 2072/73. The 15^th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank that was organized in Bharatpur presented the fact to the shareholders. Ramesh Prasad Lohani, Chairman of the bank presented the annual report of the FY 2072/73 in the meeting. The AGM approved a proposal of distributing 17.63 per cent cash dividend and 35 per cent bonus share to its shareholders.

The meeting elected Yagya Prasad Sharma of Nabil Bank, Shesh Raman Acharya of Agricultural Development Bank, Arun Kumar Bajracharya of Nepal Bank and Deepak Khanal of Lumbini Finance and Leasing Company as board members under corporate group. Similarly, the AGM elected Basu Prasad Upadhaya of Environmental and Agricultural Policy Research Promotion and Development Centre as board member under general shareholders.
