NCM Merchant as Share Issue Manager of Jebil's Finance

March 7: Jebil's Finance has appointed NCM Merchant as its share issue manager for the issuance of its forthcoming right shares in the ratio of 1:1. Recently, Laxmi Lal Nakarmi, CEO of Jebil's Finance and Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of NCM Merchant signed on an agreement paper on this regard amid a program.
