Argakhanchi Cement to Increase Production Capacity

March 8: Argakhanchi Cement will be producing 3,700 tons (75,000 sacks) of cement daily from upcoming FY. Uddhav Bahadur Karki, General Manager of the company informed about the fact amid a technical and contractor entrepreneurs meeting organised at Nepalgunj. According to Karki, the company is planning to increase the production by installing new plant that produces 2,200 tons cement annually from upcoming FY. The industry which is producing cement since 2070 BS is producing 1,500 tons cement daily.

Issuing a press statement, the company reveals of investing Rs 3.50 billion in the industry till date. Karki added that the investment will increase to Rs 8 billion for additional production. Currently, the company is providing direct employment to 300 individuals.
