March 9: Samsung has opened its official service center for Gandaki and Dhawalagiri region. Issuing a press statement, the company informed that the service center that was opened in Mahendrapul previously has been opened at Chipledhunga Openhouse Complex with additional facilities.
According to the statement, the service center was jointly inaugurated by Dikesh Malhotra of IMS, the authorised distributor of Samsung for Nepal and Sushil Kumar Gurung, Managing Director of World Wide Connection, authorised dealer for Gandaki and Dhawalagiri region.
According to Managing Director Gurung, the service center has been started to provide effective and well-managed after sales services to the customers. He said, "We are managing the after sales service of Samsung mobile with regard the sales and customers' trust on the product."
As per him, 28 models of Samsung handsets are being sold in the Nepali market from the price ranging of Rs 2,500 and Rs 100,000.
