Radhi Hydropower Set to Issue 3.4 Mn Units Primary Shares

March 15: Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has granted approval to Radhi Hydropower to float initial public offering.  The company is issuing 3,485,000 units of IPO with a face value of Rs 100 for the locals affected from the project. Nabil Investment Banking will be managing the issuance.
