NIDC to Merge into Rastriya Banijya Bank

March 20: The 49^th annual general meeting (AGM) of NIDC Development bank has approved a proposal of merging into Rastriya Banijya Bank (RBB). The AGM also granted authority to board of directors of the bank to forward the process of merger with RBB. In the meeting, Chuna Mani Sharma, Chairman of the bank and Director General of Internal Revenue Department presented the current scenario and future work policy of the bank.
