Prabhu Appoints NCM as its Issue Manager

March 24: Prabhu bank has appointed NCM Merchant Banking as its issue manager. The bank appointed the issue manager to float 40 per cent right shares approved by its 15^th annual general meeting. Ashok Sherchan, CEO of Prabhu Bank and Bijay Lal Shrestha, CEO of NCM signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the share issuance on March 23.
