Butwal Power to float FPO

March 26: Butwal Power Company is set to float further public offering (FPO) to general public. The company is issuing 4 million units of FPO at premium rate. It will be issuing the FPO with a price tag of Rs 470 including face value of Rs 100 and premium of Rs 370. According to Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE), the company has committed to publish the fact along with reasons in media if more than 20 percent deviation is seen in its predicted and actual report that has been prepared for FPO issuance.
