April 3: Nepal Bank Ltd has concluded its 57th annual general meeting in the capital on April 2. In the AGM, Janardan Sharma Acharya, Chairman of the bank presented annual report of FY 2072/73 and future plans of the bank. On the occasion, the bank informed of issuing 10:2.3 right shares to meet the minimum required paid-up capital of Rs 8 billion.
