Tracks Opened On Mid-Hill Highway

The track-opening has completed in the 1776-KM mid-hill highway that connects Chiyabhanjyang of Pachthar in east and Jhulaghat of Baitadi in far west. Following the completion of the opening of the track, studies have begun for black topping the newly opened tracks of the highway. In other parts, existing roads will be used as the portions of this highway. The total cost of the highway is Rs 43.38 billion. The project began from fiscal year 2007/08.
