Global IME Bank Endorses Bonus Share

April 4: Global IME Bank is distributing 15.76 percent bonus share to its shareholders. The 10^th annual general meeting of the bank held on April 3 approved the bonus share proposal.

After the bonus share distribution, the paid-up capital of the bank will amount to Rs 7.24 billion, informed the bank in the AGM.

Moreover, the meeting elected Chandra Prasad Dhakal, Suhdyrid Raj Ghimire and Pawan Kumar Bhimsaria as board members from promoter shareholders group and Sudarshan Krishna Shrestha, Suman Pokhrel and Suraj Kumar Shrestha from general shareholders group.
