Dev Bikas Bank to acquire Sajha Bikas

April 7: Dev Bikas Bank is set to acquire Sajha Bikas Bank. The two financial institutions signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the acquisition on April 6. Prof Dr Subarna Lal Bajracharya, Chairman of the bank and Fakir Singh Kadayat, Chairman of Sajha Bikas signed the agreement . “The acquisition process is being forwarded in order to meet the required paid-up capital as per the NRB directive,” said the bank in a press statement. Moreover, Dev Bikas has also signed an agreement with Union Finance regarding acquisition.
