Neco Insurance Revises Share Structure

April 11: Neco Insurance has changed shareholding structure of promoter and general investors.  The special general meeting of the company approved a proposal regarding the shareholding pattern on April 10. According to the proposal, the promoter and general shareholding structure of Neco Insurance will rest at 51:49. Furthermore, the meeting also unanimously endorsed a proposal of decentralizing authority to Board of Directors to forward the process related with strategic partner.
