SCB Organises Currency Exhibition

April 24: Standard Chartered Bank Nepal has been organizing a currency exhibition in Dristi Art Gallery of its Lazimpat branch. The bank is organizing the currency exhibition as an extended event of the main exhibition ‘Nepal Britain Bicentenary Exhibition (BIEX)’ at Nepal Art Council, Kathmandu. SCB is organizing the BIEX to mark 200 years of Nepal-Britain relationship. In the currency exhibition, the bank is showcasing various Nepali bank notes printed by world renowned De La Rue. Moreover, the exhibition also showcases historical Botanical paintings of Nepal done through research of Sir Frances Hamilton, renowned historian and a botanist.
