Jyotsna Shrestha Elected as President of NEGJA

April 24: Jyotsna Shrestha has been elected as the first woman President of Nepal Gem and Jewellery Association (NEGJA).

The 13^th annual general meeting and 5^th convention of the association elected a work committee under the chairmanship of Shrestha.

The AGM also elected Suman Man Tamrakar and Narendra Kumar Gupta as first and second Vice-president respectively.

Similarly, the meeting elected Shakti Kumar Begani as general secretary, Jaya Ram Pandey as secretary and Rishi Thakur as treasurer of the association.

Likewise, Nirmal Jyoti Tuladhar (liberal), Riken Singh Maharjan, Pawan Kumar agarwal, Europe Man Shrestha has been elected as members.

Moreover, Sunil Man Tamrakar, Sunit Agrawal, Jiwan Thakur, Jugal Kishor Rathi, Mohan Shah and Pradip Man Tamrakar are also elected as members of the association.
