IPO Agreement of Mid-Bhotekoshi

May 8: Mid-Bhotekoshi Hydropower Company has inked deal with Global IME Capital along with six other companies regarding issuance of its initial public offering. According to the agreement, Global IME Capital will be the main issue manager for the IPO issuance while Prabhu Capital, Civil Capital, Ace Capital, CBIL Capital, Sanima Capital and Laxmi Capital Market will serve as associate issue managers.  The agreement was conducted to issue 29.4 million IPO allocated to groups other than promoter shareholders, said the company in a press statement.
