Guheshwori Merchant Banking Appoints NIBL Capital as Issue Manager

June 2: Guheshwori Merchant Banking and Finance has appointed NIBL Capital Market as its issue manager. As per the Finance Company, it appointed the issue manager to manage its 1973,928.77 units of right shares. Both institutions signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the matter as per the provision of Company Act 2063 section 32 (2), said the company in a press statement.
