Laxmi Bank to Provide 38% Bonus Shares

June 28: Laxmi Bank will be giving 38 percent bonus shares to its shareholders. The proposal regarding the bonus share was approved at the 16^th Annual General Meeting of the bank held on June 27.

The meeting chaired by Sambhu Prasad Acharya, chairman of the bank, also approved the report of the board of directors and its financial report.

Currently, the bank is providing financial services through its 68 branches all over the country. The bank has also established two subsidiary companies named 'Laxmi Capital Market' and 'Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha' to provide investment and banking services.
