Century Commercial Bank to Acquire Two More BFIs

July 6: Century Commercial Bank has reached an agreement with Nepal Rastra Bank to acquire Seti Finance. The bank has already started integrated transaction service after acquiring Innovative Development Bank and Arniko Development Bank. Likewise, the banks’ special general assembly held last week also approved to acquire Sagarmatha Finance.
