Jyoti Bikas Bank to Acquire Rapti Bheri

August 22: Jyoti Bikas Bank is in the process to acquire Rapti Bheri Bikas Bank headquartered at Nepalgunj. The Special General Assembly of the bank held on Monday, August 21 approved the proposal to acquire Rapti Bheri Bikas Bank. Likewise, the assembly also agreed to appoint seven board of directors as per its amended charter.
