Syakar Organizes Road Safety Campaign

August 27: Syakar Trading Company Pvt Ltd, the sole distributor of Honda motorcycles in Nepal and one of the leading companies of Jyoti Group, in collaboration with Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town and Karunamay Foundation Nepal has initiated a road safety campaign under its corporate social responsibility. The campaign named ‘Jimmewar Chalak Ma’ started on August 1 and will run for six months, according to a press statement issued by Syakar Trading.

The campaign is Honda's effort towards encouraging road discipline, as per its pledge to promote the use of a side light at turns, to use high beam lights only during necessary situations and not to overtake from the left lane.

"Jimmewar Chalak Ma" campaign was previously organized on June 2014 and is still carried out at all Honda showrooms throughout Nepal.

Syakar Trading, which has been distributing Honda motorcycles in Nepal since 1976, has its retail outlets spread all across the nation.
