Sunrise Bank to hold 10th AGM on Nov 16

October 26: The tenth annual general assembly of Sunrise Bank will be held in Kathmandu on November 16. The banks phas plans to propose distribution of 15 percent bonus during the general assembly. The bank has decided to distribute the bonus on the basis of the paid-up capital raised after issuing right shares, reads a statement issued by the bank. Keeping in view of the general assembly, the bank has decided to stop registering the names of share holders from October 30 to November 16.
