NMB Bank Announces Home Loan Scheme

November 1: NMB Bank has launches a 35-year home loan scheme. Under this scheme, the bank offers loan to customers to build house as well as to buy land, reads a statement issued by the bank. The bank said that it announced the scheme so that the people with middle income or low income could get their dream house without much economic burden. The bank expressed its belief that a lot of people can benefit from this scheme as they have to pay minimum amount as insurance and for a long duration. The bank also claimed that this is the first time any bank has announced a scheme for such a long duration.
