November 8: NIC ASIA Bank has added two more branches in western Nepal. One of the branches was set up at Joshipur Rural Municipality Ward No 2 of Kailali while the other was established at Bheri Municipality Ward No 4 of Jajarkot November 7.
Issuing a press statement, the bank said that Narayan Bahadur Bista, executive office of Joshipur Rural Municipality and Ram Krishna Chaudhary, president of Joshipur Rural Municipality jointly inaugurated the Joshipur branch while Chandra Prakash Gharti, mayor of Bheri Municipality inaugurated the Jajarkot branch.
NIC ASIA Bank claimed that it is one of the largest private sector commercial banks in the country in terms of capital base, balance-sheet size, customer base, number of branch and ATM network. The bank said it has a strategy to reach every possible market for better service of its customers and there are more branches coming in operation soon.
