Womi Microfinance to distribute 21 percent bonus shares

November 19: The 6^th annual general meeting of Womi Microfinance on Friday decided to distribute 21 percent of its bonus shares to its shareholders. Issuing a press statement, the microfinance said that the total paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 77.7 million after distributing the bonus shares. The company said that it will also issue 30 percent right shares after distributing the bonus shares.
