Construction Entrepreneurs meet Secretary Devkota

December 21: A delegation of the Federation of Contractors’ Association of Nepal (FCAN) on Wednesday (December 20) apprised the secretary at the Public Procurement Monitoring Office, Krishna Prasad Devkota, about the problems faced by the construction entrepreneurs.

In response, Devkota said he would try his best to make construction business well managed and disciplined. The delegation led by Bishnubhai Shrestha, president of FCAN, discussed about the flaws in the first amendment to the Public Procurement Act and fourth amendment to the Public Procurement Regulation as well as other legal complications faced by the entrepreneurs.
