National Cooperative Bank to distribute 14 percent Cash Dividend

December 24: National Cooperative Bank Limited has decided to distribute 14 percent cash dividend from its profit to the shareholders. The 14^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank held on Thursday, December 21, has approved the proposal to distribute the cash dividend. The AGM also endorsed the the financial and progress statements of the bank along with the plan and policy for the upcoming fiscal year.
