Lali Gurans Co-operative Holds AGM

December 24: Lali Gurans Multipurpose Co-operative Limited has concluded its 18^th Annual General Meeting. The AGM passed the annual programme and budget of the company in the presence of chief guest Dil Nath Giri, minister for urban development. Amar Das Shrestha, chairman of the board of directors of the company, had highlighted the company’s achievements in the current fiscal year 2016/17 along with its plans, potentials, and possible challenges in the future.

The AGM also shed light on the company’s total transaction, paid-up capital, deposit collection, credit investment, profit earning as well as its contribution to the revenue of Nepal Government. The company has been operating Lali Gurans Hospital, Lali Gurans Educational Foundation, Jaya Lali Gurans Investment and Trading Company.
