Lalitpur Finance Appoints Vibor Capital as its Share Registrar

December 28: Lalitpur Finance has appointed Vibor Capital Limited as its share registrar. The Chief Executive Officer of Vibor Capital, Badri Bikram Thapa, and the CEO of Lalitpur Finance, Surendra Bahadur Nuche Pradhan, signed an agreement on behalf of their respective organizations amid a function on Wednesday, December 27. With the appointment, Vibor Capital will handle the share related transactions of Lalitpur Finance.
