Union Life Insurance appoints Share Registrar

January 5: Union Life Insurance Company has appointed Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Ltd as the share registrar for issuing its IPO shares. The insurance company’s CEO Manoj Kumar Lal Karna and SBI’s CEO Ramesh Ghimire signed an agreement on behalf of their respective companies on Thursday, January 4. As per the agreement, Nepal SBI Merchant Banking will handle the share transaction of 6.450 million units of shares worth Rs 645 million.
