Guheshowri to Distribute 15.79 % Bonus Share

January 15: Guheshowri Merchant Banking and Finance Ltd has decided to provide 15.79 percent bonus share to its share holders. The company’s 16^th annual general meeting held on Sunday,  January 14 approved the decision to distribute bonus share along with 40 percent right share.

After the distribution of bonus share, the company said its total paid-up capital will reach Rs 800 million.
