Tuladhar Appointed Chair of Manjushree Cooperative

January 17:  The ninth annual general meeting of Manjushree Saving and Credit Cooperative Company has appointed Prem Ratna Tuladhar as its chairman. The AGM also approved a new executive committee led by Tuladhar.

Rabindra Ratna Kansakar has been elected as vice chairman, Man Bahadur Tamang as secretary, Manju Shrestha as treasurer and Ashok Maghaiya, Jagat Bahadur Dhami and Madan Maharjan were elected executive committee members unopposed.

The meeting has also approved the audit report, balance sheet and profit and loss statement. The company with a total paid-up capital of Rs 17.4 million has collected Rs 92 million deposits.
