January 22: Sunrise Bank has opened three branches in three different places as per its aim to expand banking service to all local levels across the nation. Organising separate functions, the bank opened its branches at Bindyabasini of Parsa, Mauwa Khola of Taplejung and Narainapur Municipality of Banke district.
A press statement issued by the bank says that the Chairman of Bindyabasini Municipality, Shree Lal Shah Kanu and the bank’s Senior Deputy General Manager Asha Rana Adhikari jointly inaugurated the branch in Bindyabasini.
Likewise, the Chairman of Mauwa Khola Rural Municipality, Raj Kumar Thatlung and the bank’s Deputy General Manager Robin Kumar Nepal jointly inaugurated the branch at Mauwa Khola.
Similarly, the branch at Narainpur was jointly inaugurated by the municipality’s Chairman Estiyak Ahamad and Nepalgunj-based Nepal Rastra Bank’s representative Guru Poudel.
With the opening of these new branches, the bank now has been providing services through its 75 branches, 91 ATM outlets, three extension counters and 20 branchless banking services.
