Training for Shangrila Bank’s Staff

January 23: Shangrila Development Bank has provided training to its staff to enhance their skills. The bank provided the training to its staff in Chitwan, Pokhara and Nepalgunj.

According to the deputy CEO of the bank, Dinesh Thakali, the bank provided training related to sales and team building in Pokhara, teller management and team building in Nepalgunj and customer service in Chitwan.

Altogether, 95 staff from different branches participated in the training.
