NB Bank signs pact with South Asia Foundation

January 26: Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited has signed an agreement with South Asia Foundation and its Nepal chapter with an objective to provide easy access to loan at all local levels across the nation.

The bank’s CEO Gyanendra Prasad Dhungana and the president of South Asia Foundation Nepal Dr Shashank Koirala along with the general secretary of South Asia Foundation Rahul Baruwa signed the agreement on Thursday, January 25.

With the agreement, the bank will facilitate its customers living in rural areas to receive loan service easily in order to help them invest in small and micro enterprises to improve their living standard, said CEO Dhungana.
